    Hidden Gem

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this Hidden Gem! The home owner Robb was so gracious about everything from booking to check out - the entire process was so easy, stress free, and seamless! There were 8 of us that stayed the weekend to watch our boys play soccer in 30 degree weather for the 2nd NCAA round. Every area of this spacious home was warm, and had a comfortable feel which was nice after a long day. All bedrooms were located and designed in a way that everyone had privacy and quietness both early in the morning and late at night. This was a special weekend due to our player being college seniors and this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the closing of a chapter. If you love nature you will surely love the views from every angle of this home. I have a beautiful picture of the deer crossing the front lawn right outside the front door (TRULY LOOKS LIKE A POST CARD). The pictures were spot on, the house was gorgeous, and the amenities were great. We only left the house for the games during the weekend and we never felt like we were on top of each other, as everyone has space for themselves. The games and gift basket were also a very nice touch! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away. Thank you so much Robb

    Loved it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robert’s house. The layout was conducive to total relaxation, and the separation of functional spaces was excellent

Beautifully kept home on private lot

This house is close to Grand Rapids, but still in the country. We enjoyed our time by the fire and even a dip or two in the hot tub. The beds and couches were comfortable and the dining table sat 10, perfect for our group! Owner was attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend!

    6th Annual Family (Multi-generational) Vacation !!!

Wonderful property in a wonderful location …! For the last 6 years, my husband and I offer a family vacation for our sons, daughters, and all of our grandchildren (9). There are 3 generations, ages ranging from very young and up, up, up (get the picture)… The house itself is well laid out, in that, there were spaces for all and attn. to detail was evident in each space...The pool during the day and karaoke at night seemed to be the highlight for all...!! We've been able to create wonderful memories...Robb's attentiveness was appreciated and each question was answered almost immediately. The welcome basket was very thoughtful! Of interest is that of all the places we've gone, this is the first time, the adults indicated an interest in returning for a second time!! They found the Grand Rapids area a plus w/lots of fun things to do as well!! One day was spent in the Silver Lake State Park area w/all taking advantage of the sand dune rides...What a great day trip adventure which ended in some blueberry picking.. The guys spent a day exploring local breweries and establishments and enjoyed the day....Thank you for the use of your home!!!

    Luxury Indeed

This is a very nice property with a lot of thought given to having visitors. Everything labeled so easy to find things in the kitchen and storage areas. The house itself has a great layout. We had 14 people for a bachelor party weekend and never felt crowded. There pool and grounds were great with plenty of room for yard games. We grilled one night and had a great time around the pool. We also enjoyed the fact that the location is secluded with lots of surrounding woods, yet short drive to bars, restaurants, and golf. Finally checkout was made easy. The owner was always available if needed (we didn't) but also checked in with us to see how we were doing. We'd happily go back.

    Dad's birthday celebration weekend

Robb was very responsive when I asked questions. The home welcome guide was very helpful. We chose this home because of the multiple bedrooms (5), ability to have our dogs with us for the weekend, and spaciousness of the home. We appreciated the comfortability of the place. Our stay there made for an incredible family weekend!

    Tournament Stay

I can't say enough about this place. The house was just as described. It was very clean and it had everything we needed (bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc). We came with our 14U volleyball team from Canada to play in a tournament in Grand Rapids. It was only 20 minutes from downtown and it was so great to come back to the house after we had played to relax. We loved the property. Robert was quick to respond to anything we needed and went over and beyond with communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome, clean, well appointed space with ample room for multiple sleepers. We went in the winter so we could not take advantage of the pool, but looked amazing. Our favorite part was the whole house speaker system that allowed us to create a fun vibe throughout the entire space. The hosts were very easy to work with and really helped ensure our stay was special.

This home was amazing and had exactly what we needed. The owner was very accommodating.

Our family met at this amazing home to have a long weekend with our son and his family. He was leaving to go to Paraguay to begin work there as a missionary. We won't see him, his wife or our 3 grandchildren for 3 years so this was a really special time for our family. We couldn't have had a better spot to spend this time. It's located in a very quiet place, but yet near enough to Cascade or 28th st to get what we needed. It was a great layout, the kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

    Great winter stay

Robert's Home was a fabulous find! Our family (14 adults ages 24-89) stayed in the home for 3 nights over the Christmas holiday. The house was big enough that we never felt crowded and the sleeping arrangements were spacious. We did not use the cots provided because we brought our own air mattress and that proved to be more comfortable but there was plenty of space to set up. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if we needed them. The common areas are luxurious and were perfect spaces for us to socialize, play games and be together. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The house was a bit of a drive (especially with snowy weather) from downtown Grand Rapids but we ventured out once for dinner and brews and the rest of the time enjoyed the quiet and wooded surroundings of the house. Would definitely recommend this house to a large group and would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool :)
